As a scholar, therapist, and mother, I help mothers and professionals transform ecodistress into resilience through the healing power of nature, connection, and creativity. My work integrates ecofeminist psychology, transformational education, and narrative therapy to empower others to live in alignment with their values and reclaim their connection to the Earth and themselves.
